Touming Power advances R&D and manufacturing collaboration

Recently, Touming Power has continued to organize the links between R&D, prototype verification, and manufacturing feedback around the development and production of smart circuit breakers and smart moulded-case circuit breakers. Related records are filed by model and version, so product changes, production arrangements, and follow-up confirmations stay on the same basis.

R&D and manufacturing use the same version

The IOTB2 smart circuit breaker and the IOTM2LR smart moulded-case circuit breaker involve different structures, numbers of poles and communication configurations. When R&D drawings, prototype records, material information or process requirements are updated, they are consolidated under the corresponding model. Assembly details and inspection feedback found during manufacturing also go back into the relevant records for further checking.

Project feedback incorporated into product records

Feedback from project discussions and on-site service is first matched to the specific model, batch and operating conditions, and the relevant staff then decide whether a review is needed. Confirmed issues go into prototype verification, documentation revision or production, and the outcome stays in the original record.

Touming Power's main product direction is still smart circuit breakers and smart moulded-case circuit breakers. Product verification and manufacturing preparation proceed at the pace of actual projects, and content that has not yet been confirmed is not added to public documents in advance.
